Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the last date for filing Form INC-22A (ACTIVE Form) till 15th June, 2019 without paying additional fees.
Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued notification dated 25th April, 2019 altering the due date of filing Form INC-22A (ACTIVE Form) from 25th April, 2019 to 15th June, 2019. After 15th June, 2019, the Company will have to pay Rs 10,000 as fees to file this form.
This is big relief to the Companies as stakeholders are still facing many technical issues while filing Form INC-22A. We are hoping that MCA will come up with solutions to all such problems which stakeholders are facing before 15th June, 2019.
