To carry on business as importer, exporter, trader, agent, broker, C&F agent, shipper, commission agent, distributor, representative, franchiser, collaborator, stockist, job worker and to act as import and export house to perform all the functions and undertake all activities connected therewith including obtaining and dealing in licenses, quotas, certificates and other rights.
To carry on business of rendering consultancy, advisory and liasioning services in respect of matters related to objects mentioned in sub clauses (1) above to any company, corporation, body corporate, industry, firm, association, body of individuals, institution, concern, government, public or local authority, trust, research and development centres or any other person.
