Letter of Appoinment as a Director

Letter of Appointment is an intimation letter from a Company to a Director informing him about his appointment. Whenever a Director is appointed in the Company, Company is required to file a Form with Registrar of Companies on MCA website. It is required to be submitted alongwith this Form.
